“I fell in love with craft beer while studying abroad in the UK. I lived in Bournemouth, where I managed cellars and worked at various bars for two different companies: Greene King and The Relaxed Pub Company. I also got the chance to dive into the Cicerone Certification Program, which really opened my eyes to the world of craft beer. Since coming back to Australia, I’ve been in the craft beer game for almost 20 years and still love every minute of it.”
